By downloading, purchasing, or using any HR Daddy™ templates or services, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our stuff. It's that simple.
HR Daddy LLC ("we," "us," "Daddy") provides digital templates and tools for workplace use. We're not your lawyer, your HR department, or your actual daddy (unless...).
TL;DR: Use our templates = agree to these terms. Don't agree? Don't use.
2. What You're Buying
2.1 Digital Products Only
All HR Daddy™ products are digital downloads. You're purchasing a license to use our templates, not physical products. No printing, shipping, or waiting by the mailbox required.
2.2 License to Use
When you buy our templates, you get:
- The right to use them for your personal or business needs
- The ability to customize them to match your vibe
- Permission to use them as many times as you want
- Our blessing to make your workplace less tragic
2.3 What You Can't Do
Don't be that person. You cannot:
- Resell our templates as your own
- Share them with your entire company (buy a bulk license, cheapskate)
- Claim you created them (Daddy's work is unmistakable)
- Use them for illegal purposes (obviously)
- Remove our subtle branding
- Reverse engineer our magic

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are in USD. We occasionally run sales because everyone loves a deal. Prices may change, but once you've purchased, you're locked in.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and legitimate payment methods through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All sales are final unless we really fucked up (see refund policy).
3.3 Bulk Discounts
Buying for your whole team? Good taste. Contact us for bulk pricing:

4. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee because we're confident in our work. If our templates don't improve your work life, we'll refund you. No drama, no questions about your life choices.
To request a refund:
- Email support@hrdaddy.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number
- Tell us why it wasn't working for you (optional but helpful)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
"It wasn't giving what it was supposed to gave" is a valid reason.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Stuff
Everything on this site—the templates, the copy, the sass—belongs to HR Daddy LLC. We've worked hard to make HR sexy. Don't steal our shit.
This includes but isn't limited to:
- All template designs and layouts
- Our trademarked phrases and names
- The overall vibe (yes, we own the vibe)
- Any custom work we create for you
5.2 Your Stuff
When you customize our templates with your information, that's yours. We don't claim ownership of your company data or your beautiful customizations.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions or feedback, we can use it to improve our products without owing you anything. Sorry, but that's how the cookie crumbles.
6. Privacy
We collect some information to process your orders and make the site work. We don't sell your data because that's gross. Check our Privacy Policy for the full tea.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Not Legal Advice
We make templates, not laws. Our products are tools, not legal advice. If you need actual HR legal guidance, hire a lawyer. We just make the paperwork prettier.
7.2 Use at Your Own Risk
Our templates are designed to be generally compliant, but every company is different. Make sure they work for your specific situation. We're not responsible if your boss doesn't appreciate the energy.
7.3 No Warranties

- Any actual workplace drama (that's on you)
- Lost data, profits, or sanity
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us. That's it.
9. Indemnification
If you use our templates to do something sketchy and get in trouble, that's on you. You agree to not drag us into your drama and to cover any costs if you do.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. Any disputes will be handled there. No, we won't come to your local courthouse.
11. Changes to Terms
