Founder Biography
Logan Richards
Founder & Chief Revolutionary
Logan Richards is revolutionizing workplace documentation one satirical template at a time. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Spanish, Logan discovered that the secret to workplace engagement isn't enforcement—it's entertainment.
After witnessing countless workplace absurdities, Logan had an epiphany during a particularly wine-heavy happy hour: make documentation memorable through satire, and people will actually pay attention. This led to the creation of HR Daddy™ and its flagship satirical product, the "When He Calls™" timesheet.
An alumnus of University of Arizona, Logan is host of the satirical DRUNK HR™ podcast (coming soon) and DRUNK HR™ email dispatch (active!), and overall author of workplace satire that makes people think.
